General Accessories
Should you wish to return an accessory bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is
in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Mouthpieces
We offer a 7 day home trial period with all mouthpieces so you can test it in a familiar environment (unless custom made or special order). Any
Mouthpieces can be returned for a full refund, less £3 re-stocking fee.
