Should you wish to return an accessory bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.
All goods are available on a 7 day approval, from day of receiving goods, with the option to return for refund or exchange if they are not suitable or damaged. In all cases return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, unfortunately these cannot be covered by Dawkes Music.
We offer a 7 day home trial period with all mouthpieces so you can test it in a familiar environment (unless custom made or special order). Any Mouthpieces can be returned for a full refund, less £3 re-stocking fee.

Great bristled brushes, sturdy and delicate enough for cleaning valves and pipes. The snake brush pushes through with ease. A handy kit with grease and oil to complete maintenance. Brilliant customer service too.
