The mouthpiece design aids early progression and makes the instrument easy to play, the fact it is made in the USA ensures the quality and consistency of manufacturing and as such even for a low cost it could vastly improve a student clarinet that came supplied with an unbranded or 'cheap' chinese mouthpiece.
