Made in Japan for over 25 years by master Flute maker Shuichi Tanaka the Altus range of Professional flutes is highly regarded across the world. Using unique silver alloy materials each Altus flute is handmade and benefits from hand-sculpted headjoints. Using the Altus/Bennett scale these flutes offer excellent intonation, carefully tuned harmonics, and balanced registers.

The Altus 807E features a solid silver lip plate, in fact its the perfect example of the build quality and expertise being just as important, if not more, than the amount of silver on the flute.
