We also understand that buying a new instrument can be a big investment.
As such, if for any reason you need to return an instrument to us within 6 months we will
REFUND 90% of the original ex vat price paid.

If you return it within 6-24 months we will REFUND 50% of the original ex vat price paid.
This takes care of any worries like "will my child carry on playing" or "what if I want to change my instrument".
Before you buy anywhere else consider if other companies will offer this financial guarantee.

7 Day Approval

We want our customers to be totally satisfied with any Instrument purchased from Dawkes Music. As such we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. You can trial any instrument at home in your own environment, take it to band, see a teacher and make sure it's what you want.
If you wish to return the instrument we will give you a full refund *, or you can exchange for another model.

* Please note instruments must be returned in original packaging and be in the same condition as received in.
