FREE Setup - The cost of manufacture is rising therefore, to help keep the costs down, many instruments are no longer given the checks they used to have before dispatch. Consider where your instrument is coming from (America, Japan, France, Germany, Taiwan, etc.) and that is has had to endure shocks, vibrations and extremes of temperature before its delivery to a shop.

FREE Checkdown - If you bring back the instrument any time within the first twelve months we can perform a checkdown in our on-site workshop and make any minor adjustments on-the-spot.

Prices - Price is important! Dawkes Music started giving discounts over 30 years ago, but never to the detriment of quality or service.

Outfit - In our experience the manufacturers term of "outfit" is never quite accurate. The cleaning materials, mouthpieces, reeds, oils, etc. are never up to an acceptable standard. Dawkes Music subsitutes or adds the correct items needed to get going.

7 day approval - All* our sales are automatically covered by our 7 day approval scheme. This is important for your satisfication that you have made the correct choice. If you are an experienced player, this can be to test suitablilty. If you are a beginner, this can be to obtain a teachers approval.
