The 1193 Bass Clarinet to low C represents Buffet Crampon craftsmanship at its greatest. A must for the serious university student or the professional symphony player, the Buffet Crampon Prestige Bass Clarinet produces a well centred, rich tone.
Highly desirable to the professional because of its ease of projection and importantly its secure and reliable keywork. On the Bass Clarinet the design of the keywork angles and operations is critical to the instrument meeting the demands of modern music. The Prestige Bass comes out top across the Bass Clarinet choices as the most useable keywork system.
Along with an Eb/Ab lever and low G resonance key, the BC 1193 is equipped with a double D spatula and a triple D spatula.
