I wasn't going to moan, but since you asked ......Fast service for a small item (French Stick), but your web site said it was 20 cm long, and when it came it was only 18 cm. I've probably got enough of it for ever, but nevertheless it was 10% short of the advertised length. Had your web site said 18 cm I would have still bought it with no problems! Or better still, 17 cm and I would have received an extra cm free and thought myself well done by!
