More info coming soon…This Huller Bassoon is an excellent choice for an advancing student looking for an upgrade instrument. Made in Germany, this model has 5 rollers, E/F# trill and 2nd Bb keys, an Ab thumb key, an additional low C touch and a whisper key lock. It includes a #2 and a #3 crook.
Hullers are very responsive instruments, easy to play and with an even, dark rich sound across whole the range. Intonation is also very good from top to bottom. Supplied in a hard case with a handrest (bird) and a new pair of mops.
Nickel plated keywork throughout and with 2 nickel silver crooks, the body is made from Maple with quite a light coloured varnish. The condition of the varnish is generally good, just a few nicks and dents from normal use here and there. The plating is also in pretty good condition throughout. Our workshop have completely re-padded the instrument and are happy to offer our 6 month secondhand warranty.
