Rovner are a well-established, US based ligature manufacture. They have always been popular with students, teachers, and professional musicians alike, due to their reliability, and excellent quality.

The Rovner Platinum 1R Bb clarinet ligature has a pure, dark tone with effortless playability for an immediate, pure response. It offers superior control, for a secure, centred tone and flawless intonation, whilst offering incredible evenness – smoothing out difficult transitions between registers (such as the dreaded break!). This ligature allows a great deal of flexibility in terms of dynamic range and will give sustenance and depth to the lowest register of the clarinet.

The body of the ligature is made of durably constructed, highly tempered space-age metal alloy. The single adjusting screw, which is corrosion-resistant, is designed to reduce the time and hassle of adjusting traditional ligatures.
