This Rath R3F tenor trombone features a .525" medium-large bore and open wrap Hagmann valve, giving it a bright, direct sound with great projection and an incredibly responsive feel. Its 8" gold brass bell and red brass main tuning slide offer a beautiful richness of tone ideal for soloistic players.
Custom built in the highly respected Michael Rath workshop in West Yorkshire, this would be a superb choice for a big band or concert band player seeking a high quality upgrade. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up a custom, professional trombone at a significant saving.
This trombone is in great condition with only light signs of use around the usual touch points and a slide that runs quickly and smoothly. Like all pre-owned instruments it has been set-up and play tested in our workshop prior to sale.
