Sale Return Policy

Should you wish to return a Sale product bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in a fully saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase. All goods *are available on a 14-day approval, from day of receiving goods, with the option to return for refund or exchange if they are not suitable or damaged. In all cases return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, unfortunately these cannot be covered by Dawkes Music.

Please note woodwind reeds are not available on 14-day approval and can only be returned in ‘as new’ sealed condition.

Mouthpieces

We offer a 14-day home trial period with all mouthpieces so you can test it in a familiar environment (unless custom made or special order). Any Mouthpieces can be returned for a full refund, less £5 re-stocking/sterilising fee.
