Pleasantly scented with apple blossom fragrance, this grease lubricates and protects instrument cork.

Cork grease is an essential item for any player of clarinet, oboe or sax. These instruments have cork joints that are used daily when assembling. The cork grease is used to moisturise the cork to prevent it from cracking and needing replacement, and also to help make the instrument smooth to put together.

Often if the cork is left dry players can use excessive force to get the instrument together or apart and this results in bent keywork.
