I received the windcraft 200 flugelhorn within two days. The instrument was packed well. The flugelhorn is amazing quality for a student instrument. The valves are unique. I've never seen valves like this. I really like them. Nice and smooth. It plays very well up and down the scales. The copper bell gives it a great sound. Overall I'm very happy with the windcraft 200 flugelhorn. Dawkes are a great company to buy from. Very friendly and helpful too. I give the instrument and service from dawkes top marks. It is a first flugelhorn for me. I like the tone and was very impress with the attention paid by the workshop to set it up. I suspect I would not have been as satisfied without this work. Certainly worth paying a little more for this sort of attention.
