Prompt and efficient service. Good quality items which I ordered for a Trevor James baritone sax, but when they came they were incompatible with it: the diameter and thread were wrong. I had to re-thread and re-tap the components. I kept the other 3 in case they fitted something else, so all is not lost. I will still use Dawkes in the future as they are helpful.
