Product Information
This is a soft microfibre pull-through for Eb Clarinets or Straight Soprano Saxophones. The material offers a high absorption capacity which is excellent for cleaning out moisture when you've finished playing. You can simply drop the swab down the bell end of your instrument and pull it out via the top.
BG swabs quickly and efficiently absorb excess moisture after playing. There is a small covered metal weight safely stored inside the tubular part of the swab which helps it drop through the instrument easily. This is a highly recommended quality swab for cleaning your instrument.

The swab was sent quickly along with 2 other items. I am still waiting for my clarinette stand.
A good swab is a worthwhile investment as it prevents nasties building up in the instrument, preserves pads and is essential for hygiene. It is also good to have more than one so they can be washed. I use simple Fairy Liquid and rinse well. They dry overnight on a drying rack. You also want a swab that won’t get stuck inside the instrument. Cheap swabs do get stuck and are devilishly difficult to remove. BG swabs are the best I have found.

Perfect pull-through. Doesn’t get jammed in narrow neck of soprano sax. These swabs wash well and I plan to have several so I can change them overregularly.
