The SSHHmute is made from the same lightweight, yet hard-wearing, ABS plastic as the legendary practice mute. The plastic construction gives a warmer, less metallic tone than traditional straight mutes, similar to fibre or wooden mutes. Adding to this, the mute is very free blowing and perfectly in tune right through the range... top to bottom!
