The Courtois AC440 Legend trombone is reminiscent of the best American large bore symphonic trombones from the past decades. Inspired by these models, the Courtois plays with a personality of its own, with a clear and compact, rounded tone that projects well.

This trombone features a large bore, an 8.5” hand hammered rose brass bell and a narrow, rose brass hand slide for a quick, easy response. The flexibility and dexterity of this trombone make it a real winner for soloistic players, with the richness needed for symphonic and brass band playing.
