Specially tempered spring steel. Keeps flute keys closed to allow seating imprints to settle. The clips are cushioned where they contact the pad cups and body so they will not scratch. Easy to install and you can preset the individual pad pressure. A highly versatile and hard wearing little clip

Very high quality tools. A pit spendy but only a one time purchase so they will last for my lifetime with just a bit of care… Absolutely the best way to go when seating new pads.
