The Wm. S. Haynes company have been making professional level flutes since 1888. This incredible heritage results in a range of flutes which have their own unique sound and feel. Plus, you're getting over 100 years of manufacturing expertise to support your music making.

This is Haynes Q1 flute with open holes and a C foot joint. It's ideal for the advancing student wanting a seriously good instrument to help them pursue their musical goals. It features a classic sterling silver headjoint, drawn toneholes and a silver plated body and mechanism. The open hole system allows musicians the ultimate in tonal response and resonance, plus the ability to use extended techniques.

Each Haynes Q Series flute is hand-finished at their Massachusetts HQ in the United States to ensure it performs to the excellent and exacting standards required of this heritage brand. The instrument comes with a hard case with cover, and for your reassurance is also individually set-up and tested here in the Dawkes workshop by our experienced technicians before sale.
