The trumpet bucket mute provides a unique, haunting sound that is both deep and slightly hollow. A very specialized mute for a very distinctive sound. This Jo Raw TPT-4A aluminium bucket mute offers a soft, muffled tone and its unique straight shape allows for quicker transitions.
The TPT-4A mute is made of spun aluminium and performs evenly across the range of the instrument. All Jo Ral mutes feature neoprene-enhanced composite cork pads that provide extra durability. This cork is more pliable so it grips well and doesn't dry out, become brittle or break off.
