This is a German made professional saxophone from Keilweth, finished in a black lacquer with gold lacquered keywork. The SX90 has been at the top of the Keilwerth range for over 20 years.

The SX90 Series soprano saxophones combine the legendary manufacturing of the Keilwerth brand along with the influence of David Liebman. All models based on an innovative new bore and bell design that offers less resistance with a centered tone and even pitch throughout the range of the instrument. The Keilwerths have quite an individual layout that can at first feel different from your current saxophone but soon becomes natural under the fingers. These are very free blowing saxes and the sound is yours to shape.

This particular example has some aesthetic signs of use including few minor blemishes on the keys due to general use. Mechanically the instrument is excellent and has been fully checked, setup and cleaned in our workshop prior to sale.
