Bought this on 2nd Dec and it failed a little over 3 weeks later! The previous bulb lasted years.

The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this bulb didn't last very long for you! I will let our Product team know this however I'd be more than happy to offer you a discount on an additional bulb if you would like to purchase an additional through us. An excellent replacement bulb for my lamp, east to fit with bright illumination to facilitate reading of music in darkish environments.

Used in a holder to illuminate music on a music stand. Works well but has comparatively short life span and is expensive to replace.
