Leblanc LTS-711AB - Tenor Sax

Product Information

This Leblanc Tenor Saxophone is part of a range of new models introduced under the classic Leblanc name, and produced by one of the worlds leading manufacturers Conn-Selmer. The LTS711AB is a professional Tenor Saxophone which offers a rich, full and mature tonal quality across the whole range of the instrument.

This is the AB (Aged Brass) finish which is a very popular finish style for players these days. It has that vintage, aged and funky look which really suits the Tenor Sax where you can see large areas of aged brass.

Features & Specifications

The key layout feels sensible under the fingers and everything is in reach for modest to large hand sizes. From the left hand palm key angles down to left hand low B/Bb table keys. In terms of the production quality, this Leblanc Tenor Sax features a ribbed body construction to add strength and power to the tube.

The F vibration dampening bar and C# correction mechanism help from a players point of view, plus the Pisoni Pro pads (with metal reflectors) and a one-piece hand-hammered bell make this a very spec rich instrument.

The tone holes go through a meticulous 3-stage levelling process to help offer long-lasting pad seating and pad life. The individually balanced blue steel needle springs help create a fast and positive action under the fingers. All in all we're very impressed with the build quality of this new Leblanc range and believe it competes very well at the price point.
