This is the original Classic Legere synthetic reed for Baritone Saxophone. It is a durable and darker reed with fewer overtones than the Signature Series. A thicker tip and heart produces a purer tone with fewer complexities. The Classic Series for Saxophone is the recommended cut for marching band performers and those blending their sound with a large ensemble.

Much more predictable and stable than cane reeds, a must to have in the case, even if you don\'t choose to use it every day. Usually get a good few months out of one, although when they do go off 30 seconds held in a cup of boiling water can restore some life. Very ittle difference from cane sound.
