This Miyazawa flute is ideal for any professional player. All Miyazawa flutes are handmade resulting in exceptional precision.

The PB402E features the full Brögger System mechanism. It also features a solid sterling silver body and footjoint as well as silver plated nickel keywork.

Handmade flute with 925 silver headjoint, 925 silver body, footjoint, and key mechanism. Open / closed hole options with French style pointed key arms. Drawn toneholes and Brögger System as standard. Cherrywood case.

Other key features include:

  • French style pointed tonearms: Allow toneholes to close evenly and fully.
  • Drawn toneholes: shaped from the flute's body, drawn toneholes provide an improved flexibility and give a richer, warmer sound.
  • Brögger System mechanism: Designed by flute maker Johan Brögger, this design helps the keywork perform more accurately and consistantly.
  • Straubinger pads: These highest quality pads have a firm and flat surface, resulting in a perfect seal. This improves the clarity of sound and also increases resonance.
