The finest all-silver offering from Muramatsu, the AD has been praised as one of the highest quality professional flutes available - and we have one in our second-hand stock ready at an incredible price!

This model plays with a smooth, supple tone, homogeneous throughout the registers. Intonation is spot on, with little to no embouchure corrections needed, leaving you more room to just enjoy playing. 

Crisp articulation is effortless, and quick transitions between registers no issue at all. A wide dynamic range is easily accessible through the full range of the instrument. The headjoint allows for the musician to fully explore a broad palette of tonal colours.

The Muramatsu AD is a professional flute, this particular example having been manufactured in the early 1980s. As you would guess, at nearly 40 years old it does show a few signs of use, but these are purely cosmetic. The flute has been fully checked, serviced and re-padded by our expert repairers.
