Product Information

The Silverstein Ambipoly PRO is a synthetic oboe reed which is supplied complete and ready to play. The PRO model features a European scrape and unlike the PERTO version, this PRO model has a finished scrape provided in production and thus should require no further modification.

These PRO models are designed and finished to immediately offer players an excellent response across the range. They are very durable, offering great flexibility and provide a warm, rich and colourful tone.

This is part of the Ambipoly range of reeds by Silverstein. All of which offer concert-ready warm and round tone throughout. They feel and play like a cane reed rather unlike many synthetic options. They are stable against changes in temperature and humidity, and offer an extremely long lifespan (12 months).
