Stop rod end nut - Connstellation - pre 1985

What´s good: The simple fact you offer rare spare parts and the prompt delivery - great service, thank you! What´s not good: You charged German tax and European toll on the check out - which was fine with me. I was a bit surprised to learn that I had to pay German toll upon arrival in Hamburg - again. Moreover, DHL charged me a ridiculous extra fee for advancing the toll on loan ... all small sums, so no real bother, but ... just not good.

The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear of the confusion you've experienced with this order. Having checked through our system I can see that you were charged shipping on the order of £8.82 but the customs fee was not pre-paid which meant that this then needed to be paid upon arrival in Hamburg. I can only apologise if this wasn't made clear to you in the order process, we are always working on ways to improve transactions for our overseas customers and will of course keep your comments in mind. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Bougth 3 (2 for my '68 38B and 1 for my '64 8B) fits perfectly. For 5 stars in my opinion they should be nickelplated.

I searched Canada and the USA for quality replacement stop rod end nuts for my 1962 Conn Constellation 38B trumpet. Dawkes had them in stock and they are a perfect fit.
