The Black Diamond Ebonite mouthpiece features a new internal and external design for Vandoren.

These developments on the BD5 offer the musician a full sound, rich in depth and colour, especially in the upper register of the clarinet. The standard clarinet BD5 has proved very popular since its introduction and no doubt the Bass Clarinet version will be the same.

We've found the BD5 to be very easy to play, easy to control and yet it manages to deliver an authoritative rich tone that is deep and assured, very impressive.
