Transaction done online was easy. The instrument was delivered within a couple of days - very good. The product (horn, case, accessories) was excellent. Unfortunately, I was obliged to return it within the 14 day Approval period; not because the instrument was faulty - it wasn't - I'd been asked to swap to flugel horn shortly after the purchase of the tenor horn. The return procedure was easy. I've dealt with Dawkes Music before (purchase of baritone saxophone). On both occasions, customer service and the quality of the instruments was first class.
