Product Information

The Yamaha C1 Tenor Sax neck offers players a solid, centred sound which is easy to control and supplies excellent stability. The C1 has a smaller bore taper than the E1 and V1 for example (which is currently on the 82Z model) and this means the tuning is much more manageable in the 'danger zones' and it also gives a real focus to the sound.

This the classic gold lacquered version which gives a balance of flexibility and tone. The silver plated, gold plated and solid silver arguably add more complexity to the sound due to the material or finish difference.
