The fantastic Yamaha YPC-32 is our most popular selling Piccolo and it's great to have one in our second hand stock. This particular instrument is in nice overall condition. There are some aesthetic light signs of general use including wear to the logo, which is to be expected, and mechanically it's excellent. Like all second hand models it has been fully serviced and checked in our workshops prior to sale.
For many flute players the piccolo is a natural addition to your 'arsenal' of instruments. Whether you are a school age player or indeed and adult, learning the piccolo is a great skill to have. However, piccolo isn't always straight forward and it's vital that you have a good instrument to start with, something that will help not hinder and this Yamaha is ideal for the job.
The build quality and tone is excellent as usual with Yamaha, and it'll always keep a good value, but the best part of the YPC-32 is the headjoint. The embouchure hole is cut like a flute hole and as such it makes the 32 an excellent first piccolo as you get used to the smaller and tighter playing technique of piccolo.
