The Yamaha YTR-6335 is a professional level Bb trumpet, hand made in Japan and ideal for use across a wide range of musical settings. This is the RC, which Yamaha place in their commercial category, meaning it is built for versatility across popular styles rather than for one narrow job.

The RC specification is what sets it apart. It has a reversed leadpipe and a reversed tuning slide, which together give a notably quick, precise response and an open, easy blow. The two-piece gold brass bell has a soldered rim, an unusual construction that fills the rim with solder for extra note definition and clarity, and the medium-large bore keeps the tone even across the range. Lightweight finger buttons add to the flexibility. The result is powerful projection with a rich core, and a natural tone the player can shape to suit the setting. It suits a commercial or lead player, or an advancing player wanting a big sounding, free blowing professional horn.

This particular instrument is in like new condition as it was bought new from us in June 2026. Like all our second-hand brass it has been fully checked and serviced in our specialist on-site workshop prior to sale.

It is supplied with the original Yamaha case and Yamaha 14B4 mouthpiece. At this price it represents a considerable saving on the new equivalent.
