Made by French company BG to aid comfort. The AA10L are thick black self adhesive cushions designed for larger mouthpieces like alto, tenor and baritone mouthpieces. They will fit Bass/Alto Clarinet and can be used on Bb/A mouthpieces but please note they would be full width on those mouthpieces.
This is the large multi-pack box option which includes 48 patches. If you're regularly using and replacing your patches then this is a good way to always have stock and save some money.
