The Drake David Sanborn Masters Series Alto is precision-milled and hand-finished to exact specifications of Sanborn's own Drake signature model, which he has performed with exclusively since 2014. Developed in direct collaboration with the saxophonist, this Masters Series represents decades of design expertise combined with influence from Sanborn's beloved vintage mouthpieces, delivering a mouthpiece crafted to his exacting standards.

The Sanborn features a three-tiered baffle with medium Venturi chamber, offering immediate response and precise attack. Exceptionally free-blowing with impeccable intonation, it allows complete dynamic range from lowest to highest registers. The result is a powerful, projective sound with a lush core far surpassing typical high-baffle power mouthpieces. Each mouthpiece is hand-finished for total consistency in feel and response.

Available in three tip openings: 6 (.080'), 7 (.085'), and 8 (.090')—Sanborn personally plays #8. Sterling silver plated with unique serial numbering, each is limited production and hand-crafted by Aaron Drake. Includes Drake Quad-Point ligature, Drake Cap, Rovner Ligature, velvet pouch, and carry case.
