Product Information

This is the Aaron Drake New York Jazz Alto Sax mouthpiece. This NY Jazz model has been designed to embody the characteristics of the great vintage NY Meyers of years gone by. Thanks to updated design and production procedures this mouthpiece offers added control and enhance response compared to even the greatest vintage NY models.

The internal design offers a rollover baffle which transitions to a gradual floor slope that delivers the air column at the optimised angle to give maximum projection and tone. This NY Jazz Alto mouthpiece has a medium “venturi” type chamber which contributes to the tonal consistency from top to bottom. The beak angle and body dimensions have been modified to offer excellent comfort for the embouchure.
