It delivers a clean, focused sound with strong projection and cut, whilst remaining versatile enough for warm, intimate playing. The free-blowing design makes it easy and fun to play, capturing the full range of tonal qualities the baritone saxophone can produce.
The JET Baritone excels in rock, funk, blues, smooth jazz, Latin music, and all contemporary styles, whilst many players are surprised at how well it performs in big band settings where it blends seamlessly with the section. The small horseshoe-style chamber with shorter, proprietary facing curve delivers exceptional altissimo response and excellent projection. Hand-finished and individually play tested, the JET combines precision CNC manufacturing with responsive control across all registers.
The JET Baritone comes with a deluxe mouthpiece pouch. Available in five tip openings, it suits baritone players seeking powerful projection with clean articulation and versatile tonal shaping. Note that the shorter facing curve may benefit from a slightly softer reed than normal. Ligature not included and should be purchased separately.
