I had a 4CM on approval with two other m/p's. The Yamaha Custom is very smooth and even in tone, but it was a rather too classical and subdued for my tastes. I like something with more edge and presence, so I chose the Otto Line Tone Edge #4 for its depth and smoothness throughout the registers.
